ORANGE-GLAZING PUMPKIN MUFFINS

1 2/3 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspooon nutmeg
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk
1/4 cup orange marmalade

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a
bowl. Combine egg, oil, pumpkin, and evaporated milk in another bowl.
Make a well in the flour mixture. Pour liquid mixture into dry
ingredients. Stir just to blend. Spoon into 12 well greased muffin
cups. Place 1 level teaspoon of marmalade on each. Bake at 400 degrees
for 20-25 minutes. Remove from pan at once.
