I had no idea that people just marched into homes and killed people on the spot, even if they were mentally ill. At first i thought that they just got taken to the concentration camps and were killed there. I think its really inhumane. In response to: These mobile killing units were squads of German SS and police personnel.They murdered people such as Jews,Roma (gypsies), and officials of the Soviet state and soviet communist party.They also murdered residents of mentally disabled institutions.Instead of deporting the Jews from ghettos to camps, the Einsatzgruppen went straight to the homes of Jews and murdered them there.They shot all Jews ragardless of age or gender.The remoseless Einsatzgruppen persisted in its flagitious mass murder operations. It seemed as if there was no end to these atrocious crimes executed by humans. How can a person be called human when his actions are insensate?
